OnePlus 3 VR Launch
The Loop VR campaign delivers the world’s first V-Commerce product launch.
Using a VR headset, potential customers are welcomed on board the OnePlus office of the future – a spacecraft called The Loop. While on board, visitors receive a tour of the spacecraft and an introduction to the OnePlus 3, as well as the opportunity to purchase the OnePlus 3 directly in the VR experience.
OnePlus also distributed 30 000 Loop VR headsets to fans around the world to give them the ultimate experience in The Loop.
Over 20 000 OnePlus 3 units were sold directly in-VR the first 12 hours, propelling the blockbuster launch of the new flagship smartphone.
